The volunteer crew from Rainbow Bricks™ LUG is thrilled to announce that we are joining forces with the highly anticipated Lake Mac POP BAM Pop Culture Festival this July. We are transforming the Hunter Sports Centre in Glendale into a vibrant collision of fandom, fantasy, and custom brick engineering for one spectacular day out.
As a proud community-focused, not-for-profit group of volunteer creators, our mission has always been to share the pure joy of building while bringing people together. Partnering with Lake Mac Labraries for this multi-arts pop culture festival allows us to do exactly that on a whole new scale. Whether you are an avid comic book fan, a dedicated gamer, a passionate cosplayer, or someone who simply loves the infinite possibilities of the humble plastic brick, this event has something magical waiting for you.
For our zone at POP BAM, our local exhibitors have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to assemble an incredible mini-exhibition of pop-culture masterpieces. Visitors can expect to explore highly detailed displays paying tribute to legendary sci-fi franchises, classic superhero universes, and nostalgic movie moments. You’ll see iconic vehicles, character scenes, and intricate details that will completely stop you in your tracks. Best of all, our passionate builders will be on-site all day, eager to chat about their techniques, answer your questions, and share tips to inspire your next home project.
