A HUGE Thank You, Maitland! 🧱✨

G'day everyone!

Now that the dust has settled and the tubs are all safely packed away, we just wanted to take a moment to reflect on what an absolutely incredible day we had last weekend. Maitland Brickfest 2026 was a massive success, and it simply wouldn't have been possible without the amazing support of our local community.

First and foremost, a huge thank you to everyone who walked through the doors. Your fantastic energy, the smiles on the kids' faces in the Build Zone, and your generous support mean the world to us. Getting to share our passion for building with all of you is exactly why we do this.

To our brilliant exhibitors and Adult Fans of LEGO (AFOLs)—thank you. The time, effort, and creativity you pour into your displays are the heart and soul of Brickfest. We also appreciate everyone rolling up their sleeves to help with the mammoth task of setting up and packing down!

A special shoutout goes to the fantastic cosplayers from the 501st Legion Hunter Hornets. Having you roam the hall and interact with the crowd added that extra bit of magic to the day, and the photo ops were brilliant. Plus a few of our members got into the spirit and dress to match their display's theme.

Finally, we are incredibly proud to run this as a community-first event. Thanks to your attendance, we were able to raise vital funds for the Maitland Hospital Volunteers Inc. We want to extend our deepest thanks to their volunteers for not only their help on the day, but for the tireless work they do year-round supporting patients and staff in our local healthcare system.
