Newcastle Brickfest is one of the premier events in Australia. It stands proud as NSW's Biggest LEGO® Fan Event and the largest in Regional Australia, showcasing close to 300 tables of spectacular LEGO creations.

As a registered Not-for-Profit LUG, our event profits are generously donated to our charity partners. We are incredibly proud to continue our dedicated support of the John Hunter Children's Hospital Kids Club at Newcastle Brickfest.
Display Guidelines
Before submitting your application, please review our display requirements to ensure an amazing experience for everyone:
- Genuine LEGO® Only: All creations must consist entirely of genuine LEGO® elements. No third-party or imitation building bricks are permitted.
- MOCs, Mods & Sets: Custom-designed MOCs (My Own Creations) or heavily modified layouts are highly welcome. Plus, we will gladly accept official LEGO sets for display.
- Collaborative Displays: When we have multiple collectors with the same or similar themes, we will work closely with you to combine resources into a spectacular collaborative display.
- Under-18 Exhibitors: It is highly possible to display your creations with Rainbow Bricks! A parent or guardian is required to be with you at all times, and the guardian must complete the enrolment process.

How to Apply
We manage all of our exhibitor profiles and event applications safely and securely via the Jumper Plate platform. To apply you will need to register on Jumper Plate.

Existing Rainbow Bricks members can simply Log In. New exhibitors can select "Sign Up" to establish a builder profile.

Register your Exhibit Details
Once your account is approved. You can registered as a Public Exhibitor, choose Newcastle Brickfest A LEGO Fan Event 2026 from the active dashboard, then complete your application, including, table needs, and power specifications.

Displaying with minors?
Please ensure the parent or guardian is the primary holder of the Jumper Plate account. They will easily be able to enrol and specify minor builders during the exhibition display submission.

Planning to visit as a spectator rather than a builder? Newcastle Brickfest 2026 is a spectacular weekend out for LEGO® fans of all ages! Join us during the September school holidays at the Newcastle Jockey Club in Broadmeadow to explore close to 300 tables of mind-boggling creations, participate in hands-on building activities, hourly speed-build competitions, and meet master builders from across Australia. Best of all, every ticket purchased directly supports our charity partner, the John Hunter Children's Hospital Kids Club.
