March 3rd, 2019

This weekend Rainbow Brick ran a LEGO Building Competition at the Newcastle Regional Show.

The competition gave everyone who entered 15 minutes to build something from the Rainbow Bricks BOB (Bucket of Bricks).

For 2 and half days we had children building, Friday was quiet day being a School day, but Saturday was a lot busier. As a result we had over a 160 entries. The ages of the entries ranged from 2 to 56!

It was very well received by the Show and of course all the kids who entered or just enjoyed the builds.

LEGO MOVIE 2, Advanced Screenings

February 15th, 2019

I hope everyone had a "Super Cool" last weekend and managed some LEGO love!

Rainbow Bricks had a fun weekend with a meet up and LEGO Movie 2 Advanced Screening at two Event Cinemas [Kotara and Tuggerah] featuring displays from Rainbow Bricks members on Saturday and Sunday.

The display featured a small city layout including the Palace Cinema which was surprise, screening "The LEGO MOVIE 2", plus some sets from both LEGO MOVIES and LEGO Batman.

The kids and many adults loved the display, even adults not there for the LEGO MOVIE where interested in the display.

Thanks to all our exhibitors who displayed at both Cinemas.
